News Terms

Fiction - News and documentaries are examples of this because its something that based on a real life event but is then turned into a story.

Factual - Using information and facts to create an interesting programme.

Bias - This is a breakdown of a subjective opinion.

Opinion - This is what someone personally thinks.

Ideology - This is a set of ideas of different views.

 Rupert Murdoch - The owner of Foxx News and News of the World

Docu-Soap - A term used for an over exaggerated programme based around reality. e.g. Made in Chelsea & The Only Way is Essex
